This focus tracker from Nir Eyal, repurposed to fit your reMarkable workflow, is a tool for deciding what you want to do and when you want to do it. It helps you figure out what a productive day looks like for you.
The method is simple:
At the beginning of your day, write down your tasks and priorities. Think about how you’ll stay focused and avoid getting distracted.
Later in the day, consider how things are going. If you got sidetracked, that’s not a problem. Just think about how to refocus.
Finally, before you wrap up for the day, look back at what you accomplished and see if you want to change anything for tomorrow.
These short check-ins give you valuable insights into your daily habits, letting you adjust as you go. Just click import to easily add it to your paper tablet.
